Special recognition and appreciation are extended to
ATU Local 689 and ATU Local 1300 for their outstanding leadership and commitment in hosting the ATU International Black Caucus for two consecutive years. Under the leadership of President(s) Raymond Jackson and Michael McMillian, both locals did an exceptional job welcoming the caucus to their cities and ensuring successful and impactful conferences. Their dedication, hospitality, and support helped strengthen the mission and continued growth of the ATU International Black Caucus.
We also extend special thanks and appreciation to
Keith Bullock, Financial Secretary-Treasurer of ATU Local 689, for his leadership and the financial expertise he provided. His dedication, stewardship, and commitment to maintaining strong financial oversight continue to play an important role in the success and sustainability of the caucus.
Leading through adversity with speakers, workshops, and sessions about member empowerment.
With the theme Bridging the Gap—Education, Union, and Progress, the ATU’s Black Caucus kicked off its 58th Annual Conference in May. More than 300 members from across North America came to Maryland to discuss critical issues and ensure our Black brothers, sisters, and members were well represented.

We are dedicated to securing fair wages, safe workplaces, and equitable treatment for all members. Through collective bargaining and strong representation, we ensure that workers’ rights are protected and their voices are respected.
